HOW IT'LL ALL WORK
Let's break this whole thing down.
The Authentic Seller Summit will run from June 19-22, 2023 with 5-8 pre-recorded presentations running each day. Each presentation will include up to 20 minutes of content (with up to a 3-minute pitch - 23 minutes max TOTAL) and a live chat. If you have notes, workbooks, or digital resources, those will be included as well.
While the presentations are pre-recorded, all speakers are asked to attend their presentation time live to interact with viewers in the chatbox. There is no video component, so feel free to attend in your PJs!
Along with live presentations, there will be a Facebook group for attendees to hang out in and ask questions. If participants have good questions during your presentation you will be able to go live in the Facebook group for a bit of an encore to answer questions, connect with attendees and provide more value (Facebook live is not required but it's an excellent way to get more eyeballs on you and to show off your expertise).
Leading up to the summit, there will be two weeks of promotion. You'll be provided with EVERYTHING you need to promote this event and make it a success. We're cooking up email swipe copy, social media posts, shareable graphics, and more to make it easy AF to promote the summit. We're even putting together a suggested posting/email schedule to make it easy to outsource to a VA.
Our goal is to make this EASY for you to create a powerful experience for everyone who attends. People will be raving about this live event and we'd love to have you be part of it!
During the promotion phase, as the summit is running, and for a week after the summit is complete, we'll also be promoting the Authentic Seller Summit VIP. This includes an all-access pass for the replays, presentation slides, and when applicable, premium bonuses from speakers, action guides, and templates. If you know me you know that I believe you should be getting paid for your work so we created the Authentic Seller Summit VIP for you to make affiliate commissions. The toolkit will provide a HUGE value to attendees while making the work of promotion and creating a presentation worthwhile by allowing you to bring in affiliate $$$$!

WHAT I'LL NEED FROM YOU
So this all sounds great, but I bet you're wondering how much work will be required of you. Trust me, I know you're busy and my team and I are going to make it as easy as humanly possible to have a blast while providing great value and growing all of our business.
Here's what we will need from you:
1. Basic Information
The first thing we need is some basic information so we can finish our registration page and meet the speakers page.
This will include things like:
- Name
- Title
- Bio
- Square headshot
You will find a link to submit this information in the pitch email you received.
2. Presentation
Next up is your presentation! This is a 20-minute pre-recorded presentation that is meant to be more friendly and casual than perfect and structured. We want our attendees to learn something great while having fun in the process. This is a no-boring presentation zone!
Please structure your content in a way that allows attendees to walk away feeling like they really learned something valuable versus a webinar format where they feel like they're missing something and need to buy something ASAP to figure it out. (isn't everyone over this at this point?)
What that being said, you have your choice of the following formats:
- Slides
- No slides (just your beautiful face)
- A mix of the two
No matter what format you choose, you are free to use your presentation however you'd like in the future. We just ask that you wait 3 months before using it for something else. This helps protect the value of the VIP pass.
Your presentation should include great actionable content. Here's the suggested format:
- Quick introduction
- Overview of your topic and why they should care
- Where people go wrong with your topic and overcomplicate it
- Teaching section
- Specific action steps (with the goal of getting them a quick win and them leaving your presentation with a plan for what to do next)
- Up to 3-minute pitch (we suggest pitching a bonus freebie)
- Include questions for attendees to answer in the chat box throughout to boost engagement and keep peoples attention
PRESENTATIONS ARE DUE BY MONDAY, JUNE 5th.
3. Authentic Seller Summit VIP
The Authentic Seller Summit VIP will be a huge addition to the presentations we're running. To make it even more valuable, I'll ask each of you to provide one resource to add. This includes things like:
- eBooks
- Workbooks
- Courses (big or small)
- 1-month membership trials
- Workshops
- Other paid products
Note: I expect this to convert well so I do not recommend contributing 1:1 offers.
It's totally up to you if you decide whether you'd like to create something new or provide something you already have. While this isn't required, it's highly encouraged that you participate.
Anyone who contributes a PREMIUM resource (aka something you sell for cash money) will get a 40% affiliate commission on sales, rather than 30%. This will also be an additional chance for people to get to know you and your work so they can become customers or referrals for you in the future.
This is your chance to grow your reputation as someone who is generous and has amazing stuff. We won't accept low-quality stuff because it doesn't help you or them.
Information for these resources is due on MAY 29th, 2023. You'll receive a questionnaire to complete closer to that time to make passing the information nice and simple.
4. Promotion
The power of an online summit comes from a group of experts coming together to create something AMAZING. Seriously, we want people to be talking about this all over the internet. The joint promotion is a huge benefit to everyone involved. The more people who attend this amazing event the more exposure all of us will get to help us grow our business.
Because of that, everyone is required to share on social media and email their lists during the promotion period starting JUNE 12th, 2023.
You'll want to share using your affiliate link (which you can set up here) so you can get in on the 30% affiliate commission that will come from the Authentic Seller Summit VIP sales (40% if you've contributed a premium bonus).
We will be sending you swipe copy and graphics you can use for promotion.
5. Live Participation
And the last part comes during the week of the event. Since we'll already have done the work of creating the presentations and extra resources, we'll be able to sit back and relax for most of the Summit!
All I ask is that you participate in the chat during your presentation slot and interact in the Facebook group throughout the week to help attendees stay excited and engaged. (We will send out a link to schedule your time slot closer to the time of the event. Presentations will be scheduled between 9:00am and 5:00pm EST)
While you are not required to attend the events of other speakers, it's highly encouraged! We'll be able to get some great discussions going about the topics being presented.
AFFILIATE DETAILS
While summits are great for visibility a little extra cash never hurt anyone right?
That's exactly why we created an affiliate program for the Authentic Seller Summit VIP. All payouts will happen by JULY 14th, 2023.
The commission structure is as follows:
- 30% for all speakers
- 40% for all speakers who include a premium bonus
The pricing structure will be:
- $39 Until June 18th.
- $49 from June 19-30.
To make it possible for you to generate extra income, the Resource Vault includes things like email swipe copy, social media posts, and sharable graphics. However, you're more than welcome to write your own copy or even run your own Facebook ads.
