Workshop overview:

The goal is to make your program better over time by making strategic improvements
Start with an audit of the current program and identify assets that are working.
Use reflection questions to evaluate the program with your own experience and gather feedback from students.
Gather data from platforms like Kajabi, Teachable, or Podia to assess student engagement and progress.
Offer incentives or bonuses to encourage students to provide feedback.
Use email templates or a feedback form to collect feedback from program participants.
Take inventory of what you have already created for the program.
Consider adding features or improvements based on the feedback and data.
Share your takeaways and discoveries with the group for collective learning and improvement.

Remember, this is a doing program, and the first step is gathering data and feedback to make strategic improvements.
