HOW IT'LL ALL WORK

Let's break this whole thing down. 

Get Your Freebie Done Week will run from January 22-25, 2024 with one workshop to participate in each day.

WE WILL BE LOOKING FOR TEACHERS FOR GOODIE BAG CONTRIBUTORS IN THE FOLLOWING CATEGORIES:

YOUR NON-BORING FREEBIE IDEA: Help them figure out what problems their customer actually wants to solve. Make sure that their ideas are going to attract potential customers for their offer not just randos who will squat on their email list. 

SELLING THE FREE: Come up with some interesting taglines and copy to include on their opt-in page, best practices,  examples of high-converting opt-in pages that are simple. We want them to get ideas for copy and taglines and feel like putting together an opt-in page will be easy and doable.

GRAPHICS THAT DON’T SUCK: Tips and tricks and a few graphics or templates they can use on their opt-in page or social media. 

WELCOME EMAIL: Give them a little introduction to who they are and what they do and let them know about any other nurture content they have. We also want to make sure that we sell them on actually USING the free thing they signed up for so they get a result. Help them simplify this process and get it done quickly OR help them create a non-cringey email that sounds like their brand. 

HOW TO GET PEOPLE TO SIGN UP: Show them examples of people using TikTok and Reels as mini video “ads” for their freebie. Ideas people can use to get people to sign up for their freebies but it needs to be relevant to everyone watching (even people who don’t have an email list yet). 

To be included in the goodie bag you must submit something that is high value and will help them get their freebie done. Everyone included in the goodie bag will be required to help us promote the event. 

Leading up to Get Your Freebie Done Week, there will be two weeks of promotion. You'll be provided with EVERYTHING you need to promote this event and make it a success. We're cooking up email swipe copy, social media posts, shareable graphics, and more to make it easy AF to promote this event. We're even putting together a suggested posting/email schedule to make it easy to outsource to a VA. 

Our goal is to make this EASY for you to create a powerful experience for everyone who attends. People will be raving about this live event and we'd love to have you be part of it! 

During the promotion phase, as the event is running, and for a week after the event is complete, we'll also be promoting the Get Your Freebie Done Week VIP ticket. This includes an all-access pass for the replays, presentation slides, and when applicable, premium bonuses from collaborators, action guides, and templates. If you know me you know that I believe you should be getting paid for your work so we created the Get Your Freebie Done Week for you to make affiliate commissions. The VIP ticket will provide a HUGE value to attendees while making the work of promotion and creating a presentation worthwhile by allowing you to bring in affiliate $$$$!

WHAT I'LL NEED FROM YOU

So this all sounds great, but I bet you're wondering how much work will be required of you. Trust me, I know you're busy and my team and I are going to make it as easy as humanly possible to have a blast while providing great value and growing all of our business. 

Here's what we will need from you:

Goodie Bags

We will be offering a free goodie bag to all participants and a paid VIP ticket. To be included in the goodie bag you MUST include something that will help them get their freebie done. This includes things like:

  • eBooks
  • Workbooks
  • Courses (big or small)
  • 1-month membership trials
  • Workshops
  • Other paid products

Note: I expect this to convert well so we are not accepting 1:1 offers.

It's totally up to you if you decide whether you'd like to create something new or provide something you already have. While this isn't required, it's highly encouraged that you participate. 

Anyone who contributes a PREMIUM resource (aka something you sell for cash money) will get a 40% affiliate commission on sales, rather than 30%. This will also be an additional chance for people to get to know you and your work so they can become customers or referrals for you in the future. 

This is your chance to grow your reputation as someone who is generous and has amazing stuff. We won't accept low-quality stuff because it doesn't help you or them.

Promotion

The power of this event comes from a group of experts coming together to create something AMAZING. Seriously, we want people to be talking about this all over the internet. The joint promotion is a huge benefit to everyone involved. The more people who attend this amazing event the more exposure all of us will get to help us grow our business. 

Because of that, everyone is required to share on social media and email their lists during the promotion period starting JANUARY 8, 2024.

You'll want to share using your affiliate link (which you can set up here) so you can get in on the 30% affiliate commission that will come from the Get Freebie Done Week VIP ticket sales (40% if you've contributed a premium bonus).

We will be sending you swipe copy and graphics you can use for promotion.

Live Participation

And the last part comes during the week of the event. Since we'll already have done the work of creating the presentations and extra resources, we'll be able to sit back and relax for most of the Summit!

It is highly encouraged speakers and goodie bag participants participate in the Facebook group and provide value by answering questions. This is a no pitching or promoting zone but it's an opportunity to make yourself stand out by answering questions and providing extra value. 

AFFILIATE DETAILS

While this event will be great for visibility a little extra cash never hurt anyone right?

That's exactly why we created an affiliate program for the Get Your Freebie DONE Week VIP. All payouts will happen by February 8, 2024.

The commission structure is as follows:

  • 30% for all speakers and goodie bag contributors
  • 40% for all speakers and goodie bag contributors who include a premium bonus

The pricing structure will be:

  • $29 Until January 21.
  • $39 from January 22-26.

To make it possible for you to generate extra income, the Resource Vault includes things like email swipe copy, social media posts, and sharable graphics. However, you're more than welcome to write your own copy or even run your own Facebook ads.
